Dealing with a tired class

When I feel that the class is tired I change the activity. However, from time to time I also use an easy rhyme where pupils need to perform the actual words from the rhyme and it goes like:
Hands up,hands down,
stand up and sit down.
Right hand up, right hand down,
stand up and sit down.
Left hand up, left hand down,
stand up and sit down.
Legs up, legs down,
stand up and sit down.
Left leg up, left leg down,
stand up and sit down.
Right leg up, right leg down,
stand up.....
now I join what crosses my mind: dance, jump, move your hips,.....smile and finally sit down. By younger learners it is quite popular activity but older do it because they have to. As a changing activity it is successful.
