My listening skills

I got better over the years in this ability. The biggest jump came after I decided to try watching films without subtibles and it is not so long time. Till that time I didn´t believe myself and counted on a visual support. The result was that I read just the subtitles and didn´t have much time to understand it in English. However, the main problem in understanding by listening in my case I consider unsatisfactory vocabulary.

My contributions can be:

• recordings of radio programmes, interviews, podcasts and songs
• transcripts & lyrics
• listening based exercises & activities
• watching films and series in original

You can understand lectures if the topic is familiar. You can understand news on television resonably well.
