Task: You had a bad experience in an expensive hotel. When you get home you decided to write a letter or email to complain. Write 120-180 words, organized in three or four paragraphs (reason for writing, details of the problems, conlusion/request for action). Use a formal style (no contractions or colloquial expressions).

Preparation: I read a text enclosed to the task then I did some exercise connected to it aim to preparation for oncoming writing.

Process: First task was to think about the complain. I try to find the idea on the Internet but without any success. I used some of the phrases from previous exercises and it helped a lot. But choosing between formal and informal languge was easy. I feel strong there. The respond from my teacher was that there is a problem with understanding in the first paragraph what I am complaining about. And a missing address.
